Pyramid Services Overview
Pyramid is a research and consulting firm specializing in strategies for improving retention and acquisition of the financial customer. This is achieved by learning and understanding your customer needs, and using that knowledge to develop personalized relationships with them. This is sometimes referred to as Customer Relationship Management (CRM). We support customer relationship building through all touchpoints and communication media, including sales, internet, service, marketing, phone, mail and customer intranet/extranet (including syndication). We design programs for data mining and personalization.

Pyramid is committed to promoting industry dialogue among financial intermediaries and financial service providers through Roundtable Discussions. We facilitate benchmarking of financial intermediary practices and financial service customer practices through industry research. We moderate internal strategic management sessions to foster collaboration between technology and business, and achieve buy-in for CRM efforts.
