Focus groups are valuable at providing insights into customer perceptions, needs, preferences, and satisfaction. They are also an excellent way to generate brainstorming ideas from your customers - whether they are financial intermediaries or consumers. They are also useful at exploring issues before designing a large-scale survey.

Having an independent third party perform market research by speaking to your business and retail customers allows for more truthful feedback and elimination of the bias in customer/provider perceptions.

We often work with market research firms, particularly for large-scale sampling and data collection.
